Area now in Moldova. Two maps (34 sheets) relating to the Bessarabian Boundary Commission.

(1) 'Carte Générale du Territoire Cedé par l'Empire de Russie à l'Empire de Turquie d'après le Traité de Paris du 30/18 Mars 1856 et le Protocole des Confèrences de Paris signé le 6 Janvier 1857/25 Decembre 1856 annexe à titre de renseignement à l'acte défintif de la Commission de délimitation, signé à Kichineff le 11 Avril/30 Mars 1857'. Map showing ceded territory according to the Treaty of Paris on 18 March 1856 and the Protocol of the Paris Conferences signed 25 December 1856 and 6 January 1857. Map also shows statistical table of areas and population. Drawn by Lieutenant Edward R James, Royal Engineers.
