'Carte géologique de la Crimée dressée par Mr JJN Huot pour accompagner le voyage dans la Russie Méridionale par Mr Anatole de Demidoff Paris, Publiée par Ernest Bourdin Editeur 1853'. Key to geological structure. Reference table to towns, roads, principal buildings. This map was subsequently republished under the English title 'Geological map of the Crimea by MJN Huot Illustrative of Travels in Southern Russia by Mr. Anatole de Demidoff London Published by J. Mitchell Royal Library, 55 Old Bond Street' (see FO 925/3528), which states that the maps were engraved by Pierre Tardieu and printed by Chardon ainé et fils, Paris. FO 925/3528 is signed by R H Meade.
