Compiled and lithographed at the Intelligence Division, War Office, December 1891. Revised December 1894. To illustrate report on the armed strength of the Russian Empire. Coloured manuscript additions show Russian main lines of communication with central Asia, the Far East and Trans-Caucasia Royal Artillery.
