Romania: Dobrogea: map. 'Karte der Gegend zwischen der Donau bei Boghasköi und dem Schwarzen Meere bei Küstendschi'. Below the map's border are sections through the Karassu valley and Trajan's Wall. Inset sketch of the ruins of an ancient town, three and a half hours south of Rassowa.Drawn by v[on] Vincke. Engraved by H Mahlmann. Copied in transfer lithography by L J Hebert and printed at the Lithographic Establishment, Quarter Master General's Office, Horse Guards, September 1840. Dimensions: 35.5 cm x 36 cm, on sheet 39.5 cm x 50 cm.
