Map of Montenegro: 'Commission Européenne Pour la delimitation du 1879. (Frontiere entre le lac et la mer) Monténégro'. Map showing frontier as proposed by Russian, English and Turkish Commissioners. Compass star. Lithographed at the Intelligence Branch, Quarter Master General's Department, December 1879. The lithographed map measures 63 cm x 45 cm. Reference table. Signed by Captain M T Sale, Royal Engineers, British Commissioner, 18 October 1879, and enclosed in his despatch number 26 of 20 October 1879 (see FO 78/3061). According to the FO 925 index, this map was '[In War Office letter, 20 April 1880]': this was not found in FO 83/619 or FO 78/3169.
