Terrain engraved by C Ohmann, Berlin. Writing engraved by W and C Kratz, Weimar. Published by Dietrich Reimer, Berlin, 1853. Insets, at various scales, of Montenegro, the southern Dardanelles, and Constantinople and the Bosporus. Filed with leaflet describing area covered. Also filed with an index map, 'Geripp zur Zusamenstellung von der Karte der Europäischen Turkey, im 1/576,000 der Natur ...', which does not relate to it; it summarizes an unidentified map in 21 sheets showing Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece and western Turkey.
