Description

Map of the Turco-Greek frontier: IDWO 1372. Index map. Individual sheets (sgnd) variously by Boundary Commissioners responsible: 27 November 1881 by von Engelbrecht, G Cani, Ch Miot, J C Ardagh, G A Métaxas, Boselli, B Sollogoub, Tahir; 4 December 1897 and 30 May 1898 by Morgen, Giesl [?Herzlich...], Chazelles, J G Ponsonby/W E Fairholme, V Trombi, Kalnine, O Ruchdi, Z B Zaphiropoulos. All certified by Ardagh, 10 November 1898, to be copies of the originals deposited in the French Embassy archives at Constantinople. Surveyed and revised by Turkish and Greek Topographical Officers and subsequently adopted by the Commission in conformity with Protocols XXI and XXXIX.
