Lithographed by Harrison and Sons, St Martin's Lane, to accompany print of Hugh Wyndham's Commercial despatch number 163 of 28 June 1883 in 'Correspondence relating to Article XXXVIII of the Treaty of Berlin. (Balkan Railways)' (see FO 421/53).
