The Balkans: 'Carte Annexée au Protocole no. 28'. Map shows boundary between Lake Scutari and the River Bojana, as settled by the Montenegrin Boundary Commission, 28 January 1881. Compass indicator. Signed by Captain M T Sale, Royal Engineers, 29 January 1881, and enclosed in his despatch number 12 of 1 February 1881 (see FO 97/531). Subsequently printed as IDWO 10.
