The Bulkans: 'Carte Annexée au Protocole no. 28'. Map shows boundary between Lake Scutari and the River Bojana, as settled by the Montenegrin Boundary Commission, 28 January 1881, showing the boundary extended to the mouth of the Bojana. Compass indicator. Signed by Captain M T Sale, Royal Engineers, 29 January 1881, and enclosed in his despatch number 12 of 1 February 1881 (see FO 97/531). The FO 925 index states that this map was enclosed in Captain Sale's despatch number 12 of 1 February 1881, but apparently this was not the case. A pencilled note by E Hertslet states that it was received from Mr Kirby Green, 24 December 1885; no despatch of this date from him is in FO 103/26. Subsequently printed as IDWO 10.
