Insets: Montenegro, northern Moldova, mouth of the Bosporus, Crete, Constantinople and the Dardanelles. Compiled and drawn by F Handtke. Printed and published by C Fleming, Glogau. [?1876]: date taken from FO 925 index. Manuscript additions showing existing limits of vilayets according to a statement presented by the Ottoman Commissioners on 14 August 1880. Copied from map enclosed in Lord E Fitzmaurice's despatch number 84 of 15 August 1880. A list of names of cazas and sanjaks is filed with the despatch in FO 97/529. The original map, made by Lieutenant E Vincent, appears not to have survived.
