The Balkans. ['Sketch illustrating the Proposition for an Exchange of Territory on the Montenegrin-Albanian Frontier, Made by the Porte early in Dec. [December] 1879'] (title taken from printed version). Map also shows Treaty of Berlin frontier. No scale shown. Signed by M T Sale, 18 February 1880. Enclosure number 2 in despatch of that date (see FO 97/531). Subsequently lithographed by Harrison and Sons.
