Insets: 'Beikos, Umur and Buyukdéré Bays', surveyed by Lieutenants A L Mansell, J Stokes, Master and E W Brooker 2nd Master, Royal Navy, under the direction of Captain T A B Spratt, Royal Navy, CB, HMS Spitfire 1853; 'The Golden Horn', by Ch Ploix and Manen, 1854; views of clearing marks. Surveyed by Ch Ploix and Manen 1854, under the direction of Admiral Hamelin of the French Imperial Navy. Chibukli Bay to Dikili Rock by the Officers of HMS Spitfire, 1853. Drawn by A J Boyle, Hydrographic Office. Engraved by Edward Weller. Published at the Admiralty, 20 October 1871. Corrections 1872-77.
