Published by James Wyld, London. The FO 925 index assigns the date 1878. Coloured manuscript additions show boundaries before the war of 1877-1878; territories proposed to be taken from Turkey by Russia, Serbia and Montenegro; boundary of old Serbia; proposed new Bulgarian principality and Hellenic state; and territory remaining under the control of Turkey. A printed reference table to these additions is affixed to the map.
