United States of America: Washington, Oregon. 'A Diagram of a Portion of Oregon Territory'. Scale: 1 inch to 10 miles. Map of the country between Vancouver Island and the northern boundary of California, showing township areas. Reference table distinguishing townships already subdivided from those to be surveyed in 1853 and 1854. The signature of John B Preston, Surveyor-General, is reproduced. The words 'Senate ex doc No. 1 2d Sess 32d Cong'. appear at the top of the map. Surveyor General's Office, Oregon City, 21 October 1852. Lithographed by A Hoen and Co, Baltimore. In a volume of maps on the Juan de Fuca boundary question sent to Admiral Prevost, Berlin, 12 June 1872.
