Area now in Canada and USA. 'Maps of surveys made under article 6 of the Treaty of Ghent, 1814, between Great Britain and the United States of America'. Atlas containing fifty-one sheets of various scales and sizes, a table of contents and a printed copy of the Declaration and Decision of the Commissioners, signed at Utica, 18 June 1822. Each map signed by the commissioners, Anthony Barclay and Peter B Porter. Describes in detail the boundary from St Regis on the River Lawrence to the head of St Joseph's Island at the foot of the Neelish Rapids in the water communication between Lakes Huron and Superior. Shows the boundary from Cornwall through the Great Lakes to Drummond Island, Lake Huron. Wyld's Map of the Located Districts in the Province of Upper Canada, 1838 served as an index. This atlas was evidently that used for the photozincographic reproductions, since a note at the beginning of the volume records its return from the Ordnance Survey Office, 28 February 1872. Zincographed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, 1871. Note in FO 925 index 'See papers 38358 (F 15494/1908)'
