Area now in Canada: Manitoba. 'Map of Part of the Valley of Red River North of the 49th Parallel'. Scale: 1 inch to about 5 miles. Compass indicator. Inset: five sections of the river, a continuation of Roseau River to Roseau Lake, and a section of the Great Dog Mountain. Surveyed by the Canadian Red River Exploring Expedition. Lithographed at the Topographical Depot of the War Office under the Superintendence of Captain C W Wilson, Royal Engineers, Colonel Sir Henry James Royal Engineers FRS, Director.
