Sheets I-IV surveyed 1836-1848 by Commanders R Owen and E Barnett and Lieutenant T Smith, Royal Navy, in HMS Thunder and Lark. I 1496: From Great Isaac to 24º40'N Latitude. Published 22 February 1844. II. 2009: From 24º 40'N Latitude to Old Bahama Channel. Published 11 September 1856. III. 2075: From Old Bahama Channel to Exuma. Published 18 August 1851. IV 2077: From Exuma to New Providence. Published 11 August 1851. Engraved by J and C Walker.
