Panama. 'Chart of Chiriqui Lagoon'. Shows anchorages, site of proposed road from the south, coal seams round the coast. Scale: 3 inches to about 4 miles. Compass indicator. Surveyed by Commander Edward Barnett in 1839 and drawn by Arthur de Witzleban in April 1860. Lithographed by J Bien, 180 Broadway, New York, for the 1st session of Congress.
