Description

Brazil and French Guiana boundary arbitration. Atlas of a hundred facsimile maps earlier in date than the Treaty of Utrecht 1713, annexed to the Brazilian memorandum which was presented to the Swiss government, chosen arbitrators under the terms of the treaty of 10 April 1897 in Rio de Janeiro. With a list of contents and a foreward by Rio-Branco, Portuguese Minister Plenipotentiary in Brazil. 'Paris A Lahure, Imprimeur-Editeur, 9 Rue de Fleurus, 1899.
