United States of America. 'Charts of the Lights on the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts of the United States Published by the order and under the direction of the U.S. Light House Board. The Coast Line Prepared from the Archives at the U S Coast Survey Office. 1858'. Series 2: the coast from St Augustine, Florida, to the Rio Grande, Texas. The chart distinguishes red and white, fixed, revolving and flashing lights. Scale: 1 inch to 10 miles. Compass indicators. Key to lighthouses. Lithographed by J Bien, 60 Fulton Street, New York. Manuscript corrections of a later date, in red ink.
