The Coast Line Prepared from the Archives at the U.S. Coast Survey Office. 1858'. Series 1: the coast from Passamaquoddy Bay to the St John River, Florida. The chart distinguishes red and white, fixed, revolving and flashing lights. Scale: 1 inch to 10 miles. Compass indicators. Key to lighthouses. Six sheets. Lithographed by J Bien, 60 Fulton Street, New York. Manuscript corrections of a later date, in red ink.
