Scale about 1 inch to 0.375 mile. Compass indicator. From a Trigonometrical Survey under the direction of A D Bache, Superintendent of the Survey of the Coast of the United States. Triangulation by C O Boutelle, Assistant USCS. Topography by H L Whiting, Assistant. Hydrography by the party under the command of Lieutenant C H McBlair, US Navy Assistant. Engraved by F Dankworth, H M Knight, J Knight, S E Stull and J Young. Published in 1885. Reduced drawing by L Daser and W T Martin. Electrotype copy by G Mathiot from the engraving by G B Matzeroth and L Hazzard.
