Scale: 1 inch to about 80 miles.The map of the republic is surrounded by the following maps and plans, drawn to various scales: (1) The railway between Caracas and El Valle. (2) The colony of Bolivar. (3) The colony of Guzman Blanco. (4) The railway between Caracas and La Guaira. (5) The railway between Caracas and Santa Lucia. (6) Street plan of Caracas. (7) Margarita Island. (8) The mining districts of Yuruari. (9) The position of Venezuela in South America. (10) The railway between Santa Cruz and La Fria. (11) The railway under construction between Valencia and Puerto Cabello. The map was a Venezuelan Government publication and is surmounted by a portrait of Guzman Blanco.
