'A Map of a portion of the Country in dispute with the United States including the Plain that separates the Highlands claimed by that Government from the Highlands of the Treaty of 1783....'. Constructed by Captain W E Delves Broughton, Royal Engineers, and James D Featherstonhaugh. Foreign Office, July 1842. Engraved by James Wyld. Plan number 2 to accompany Report dated 20 July 1848 of Her Majesty's Commissioners. Signed by Colonel William Robinson and Colonel E Y W Henderson, both Royal Engineers. Scale: 1 inch to about 7 miles. At the side is a section of the Highlands from the first lake of the Connecticut River to the River Ouelle; inset is a reduced map of the territory in dispute.
