The Islands of Newfoundland, Cape Breton, St. John, Antecosty, Sable; and soundings thereof. Published for the use of the Royal Navy of Great Britain, under the Authority of the Right Honourable, the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, By Joseph F W Des Barres Esquire. MDCCLXXX'. Title in oval cartouche.Coloured to show boundaries of British, French and American Dominions; also areas where the French and the Americans were allowed to cure and dry fish. Reference table to boundaries. Scale: 1 inch to 30 miles. Compass indicators. Published 1 November 1780 by I F W Des Barres.
