'Copy of the Section of Map of Oregon and Upper California From the Surveys of John Charles Fremont and other authorities, Drawn by Charles Preuss under the order of the Senate of the United States Washington City 1848 ... Exhibiting the Boundary Line between the possessions of Great Britain and the United States; as therein laid down'. Map shows the boundary through the Straits of Juan de Fuca. Below is 'A part of the Arco Archipelago enlarged', showing the course of the boundary, with names of islands. Scale: 1 inch to about 48 miles. Charles Preuss, 1848.
