IB 575. Guyana, Venezuela. 'Map I. To illustrate Memorandum of August 5 1886. Shewing the Boundaries which have been proposed by the British Government at different times between Venezuela and British Guiana. Traced from Schomburgk's MS Map of Brit: Guiana Constructed by Hebert 1842'. Shows the area east of the Orinoco Estuary with five boundaries, proposed between 1840 and 1881 by the British. Scale: 1 inch to 14 miles. Key to coloured boundary lines. Compass indicator. Lithographed by the War Office Intelligence Branch, August 1886.
