Venezuela. Intelligence Branch 565: 'Outline of Map Published by the Government of Venezuela coloured to illustrate the position of the grants made by the Venezuelan Govt. to Mr. Gordon and to the Manoa Company.' Based on a Spanish physical and political map of Venezuela made in Caracas 1884. The Manoa Company's land was shown round the Orinoco Delta and Mr Gordon's to the west of the River Essequibo. Scale: 1 inch to 80 miles. Compass indicator. Lithographed at the Intelligence Branch, War Office, July 1886 and printed by Dangerfield, Covent Garden.
