North America: Alaska. Admiralty chart 2431. 'America. North West Coast. Port Simpson to Cross Sound including the Kobschensk Archipelago chiefly from Vancouver's Survey in 1792, corrected from a Russian Chart published in 1853'. Manuscript additions show boundary line between the territories of Great Britain and Russia as defined by the treaty of 1825. Scale: 1 inch to about 8.3 miles. Compass roses. Published 13 July 1865. Inset: anchorage off Point Highfield, by O S Simpson, Master HMS Devastation, 1862.
