Map of the Mosquito Coast, showing boundaries enclosing a coastal area running from Trujillo to San Juan de Nicaragua and to the east of the Chiriqui Lagoon. Scale: 1 inch to about 18 miles. Note that the map was prepared under the direction of P Walker, Agent and Consul General. T R Harrison, lithographer. Enclosure to Walker's letter of 20 May 1847 to Lord Palmerston, dated at Bluefields. Map was prepared under the direction of P Walker, agent and consul general. T R Harrison, lithographer.
