Reference table to routes of explorers, tribes. Nine sheets. Insets: 'Rough Sketch of the Region between the Upper Nile and Samburu'; 'The N.E. [Northeast] Corner of the Victoria Nyanza .... by Jos. [Joseph] Thomson 1883'; 'The Region of the Kilimanjaro'; 'Rough Plan of the Lower Ozi and Tana by Commdr [Commander] Pullen R.N. [Royal Navy] ... 1889'; 'Mombasa or Mvita'. Manuscript additions show the route of the explorer Pigott in 1889.
