Map of north-west and west Africa. Sheets 16-18, 23-25, 31-33 of 'Carte de l'Afrique - région occidentale, région centrale et région équatoriale'. Nine sheets: St Louis, Timbuktu, Gogo, Freetown, Seogou-Sikoto, Monrovia, Koumassi, Benin. The map shows borders, railways, territories acquired by Liberia, boundaries according to treaties. Reference table. Insets: Monrovia, islands, and explorers' routes. Coloured in accordance with treaty terms. Drawn by R de Lannoy de Bissy. Published by the Service Géographique de l'Armée. 1882-1891. Parts 1-9.
