Map of West and central Africa. Sheets 4 and 5 of Justus Perthes' 'Afrika', third edition, showing colonial boundaries and limits of commercial and fiscal agreement zone. Reference table to European possessions. Two sheets joined. Sheet 4 drawn by B Domann; sheet 5 by H Habenicht. Printed in Gotha, September 1892 (sheet 4) and October 1891 (sheet 5). Manuscript additions show British-French boundary east of the Niger. Copy of map annexed to Protocol of 14 June 1898 respecting the delimitation of territories east and west of the Niger.
