West Africa. Parts of Admiralty Chart 594 'Africa Sheet II' and Admiralty Chart 595 'Africa Sheet III'. 'Chart Prepared with a View to show the Present State of the Slave Trade on the West Coast of Africa'. Ttitle added in manuscript to 'Africa Sheet II'. Charts are combined on one sheet. Chart shows area between the Gambia and Great Fish Bay [Baia dos Tigres]. Manuscript reference table. Scale: 1 inch to about 44 sea miles. Compass indicator. Additions dated at the Foreign Office 23 April 1849.
