Shows the Sahara and north-west Africa from the Mediterranean to Senegal and to Lake Chad. Additions by Intelligence Department War Office show routes of French columns and country occupied by them. Also shows desert routes, contours, and beneath the title is a list of sources. Reference table and table of Arab and Berber terms with French translations. Engraved by R Hausermann. Printed by Vieillemard et fils. Published by Augustin Challamel, Paris.
