Additions show the delimitation of the geographical and commercial basin of the Congo agreed by the International Commission of the Berlin Conference of 1884. Scale: 1 inch to about 126 miles. Published by Dietrich Reimer, Berlin. 1881. Enclosed in Sir E B Malet's Africa despatch number 132 of 28 November 1884.
