Description

Writs of attachment returned endorsed with the reasons for failure to execute them, of which non sunt inventi in balliva mea is the most common and gives the name to the series.

Also included are warrants for the proclamation of summonses to be made at suitable places within the appropriate county, issued after failure to attach defendants on the common law side of Chancery, and likewise unsuccessful.

Most of these records were formerly included in C 47 and C 202
