Plaintiffs: Edward Bayntun [or Baynton] and Agnes Bayntun his wife.

Defendants: Henry Bayntun, Dorothy Bayntun his wife and Jane Marshall.

Subject: execution of Agnes Mills for witchcraft and the murder of William Baynton, an infant son of the plaintiffs and heir to lands in Fisherton, Wiltshire.
