A volume of precedents or formulas, which appears to have been compiled late in the reign of Henry VI. The first part consists of grants, indentures, demises, mandates, releases, bonds, etc. ranging in date from 9 Edward III to 24 Henry VI, with some later additions (ends f. 19); the second part consists of a formulary of documents relating mainly to property in the city of Oxford, with some in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, and the city of London, of about the same dates. 58 folios
