Description

A volume containing enrolments of notes of obligations to the Crown, each page of which is signed by Sir John Williams, as Treasurer of the Court of Augmentations. The obligations cover transactions in land; debts due to the Crown; officials or executorsof former officials. In the right hand margin are many notes by Sir John Williams and others on payments, and in the left hand margin notes by Sir Richard Sackvill, as Chancellor, and Sir Thomas Moyle and Sir Walter Mildmay, as Surveyors, of the Court of Augmentations. 65 folios. 1 Edward VI - 1 Mary
