- The Report and related papers are in SP 14/100 and 101. This and the report of 1608 have been published in Navy Record Society, Vol. 116 [1971], edited by A.P. McGowan. Died 1633. Bound with the volume is an undated letter from Francis Fortescue, a son, to Henry Lawrence, Lord President of the Council of State (1654-1659), presenting the volume. MS. 1 vol.
