Description

A collection of miscellaneous papers relating to the rights and privileges of the cursitors.

In these papers it is made evident how jealously the cursitors defended their position against encroachment with regard to the issuing of writs. There is also material concerning fees, the enforcement of internal discipline, and the premises where the cursitors worked.

In addition, the series contains significations of excommunication and petitions for the election of coroners.
