Phillip Hubert, Esq. v. Anthony Compere, Esq.: Validity, &c., of the last will and testament of Geo. Townsend, Esq. (eldest son and heir-at-law of Geo. Townsend), alleged to have been made at testator's house, at Donington, in the parish of Stow (Gloucester). A copy of the will is subjoined, dated 19 Apr. 1748.: Gloucester
