Andw. Morris and his wife Mary (administratrix of the goods, &c., of Mary Foulkes, her late mother, who died intestate, John Parks and his wife Grizel, John Heatley and his wife Anne, Sarah Foulkes, spinster. v. Anne Foulkes, widow, and executrix of Thos. Foulkes, the younger, and others.: Value, &c., and disposition of the personal estate, &c., of Mary Foulkes, of Lower Maesbrook, widow of Thomas Foulkes, the elder, of Maesbrook Ucha otherwise Higher Maesbrook, and mother of Thos. Foulkes, the younger, of Lower Maesbrook, and of the plaintiffs Mary, Grizel, Anne, and Sarah. Also touching the last will and testament, and the value, &c., of the estates of the said Thomas Foulkes, the elder (father of said plaintiffs), lying in Maesbrook Issa or Maesbrook Ucha, part of which were purchased by said Foulkes of Corbet Price, gent., &c., &c.: Salop
