John Nicholls, son and executor of Wm. Nicholls, Ralph Lightfoot, John Baker, Robert Holland, Thos. Dutton, Ralph Smith. v. John Spencer, Esq., Monk Davenport, gent., and others.: Messuages, &c., in the lordship of Saighton alias Saughton, in the county palatine of Chester, called Hodgkins alias Hodgkinson's tenement and Williamson's tenement. Touching the last wills and testaments of Edward Spencer and John Spencer (grandfather and father of defendant). Mortgages, &c., &c.
