Description

Frances Butler, widow, Euseby Buswell alias Pelsant, Esq. v. Sir Humphrey Howorth, Knt., and his wife Dame Mary.: Value, &c., of the personal estate of Sir Edward Williams, Knt., one of the sons of Sir Thos. Williams, of Gwernevell (Brecon), Bart. Touching a debt claimed by the plaintiffs as due to them out of said estate, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Henry Williams, Esq. (eldest son of said Sir Edwd. Williams, Knt., Anthony Wingfield, John Williams, late of Aberllunog and now of Whitney, Jas. Pett, of Gloucester; the marriage portion given with Mary, one of the daughters of said Sir Edward Williams, upon her marriage with Samuel, the son of Mrs. Honor Watkins, are mentioned.]: Hereford; Gloucester; Brecon.
