Benjamin Carter and his wife Anne. v. John Newell: Value, &c., of the real and personal estate of Joseph Pamplen, yeoman (late father of plaintiff Anne), whose widow Anne Pamplen, (said plaiutiff's mother) married the now defendant John Newell. Said estate includes copyhold lands, &c., called "Kingsland" and "Pollards," held of the manor of Little Oakley Hall, and lands, &c., copyhold of said manor called "Colesland" and "Maldens," formerly in the possession of Joseph Webb and Elizth Grove, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Mrs. Gilly, at one time lady of said manor of Little Oakley Hall, Elizth Pamplin (late sister of plaintiff Anne), Mary (another sister of plaintiff Anne), and Wm. Barrell (executor of said Joseph Pamplen) are mentioned.]: Essex
