William Rice v. Robert Rice: Execution of the last will and testament of Wm. Harding, of St. Leonards, Shoreditch (Middlesex), who died in London (late uncle of plaintiff and defendant, his executors). Account stated between plaintiff and defendant (as such executors), and John Rice, late of Hamptonworth, deceased (their late brother). Touching "the manor belonging to the wardens and fellows of Winton Colledge, in the parish of Downton, and a copyhold estate in said mannor lately granted to Wm. Littlecot for his own use and the lives of - Dolloway and Thos. Noble," and "the surrender of said copy-hold by way of mortgage," &c., &c.
