Moore.: Partnership between John Moore, late of Kirkstall Bridge (York), and the defendants in carrying on iron works at Bank and Barnby (York), a contract or agreement entered into by the defendants or said Moore and the plaintiff for purchasing "cord wood," to be supplied by the plaintiff from his estate at Rothwell, Purston, Garforth. and Swillington (York), &c., &c. Alleged injury caused to plaintiff by the non-removal of wood from his said premises after the same had been cut down, and loss occasioned by part of said wood being stolen, &c., &c.
